La Rioja has not recorded any deaths from Covid-19 this past weekend, while active cases have decreased, from 63 to 60 (3 less). The Accumulated Incidence also drops to 14 days, and the hospital pressure, with one less person, so that there are only 8 patients admitted this Monday with coronavirus in the Rioja centers.
In addition, 17 new positives have been registered, so 39,581 have been reported since the beginning of the pandemic.
Thus, according to data released by the regional Email Marketing List government, up to this point, a total of 823 people have died from the disease in La Rioja, 324 of them residents of senior centers in the autonomous community.

Regarding healthcare pressure, the San Pedro de Logroño Hospital has 3 people admitted to the ward (one less than on Friday), with 0 admissions and 0 discharges in the last 24 hours. For its part, there are 5 Covid patients in the ICU (one more than before the weekend).
Currently, and given the evolution of the virus in the region, the Rioja Government has 43 ICU beds at the San Pedro Hospital. In this way, adding those admitted for non-COVID pathologies (15 as of today, four less than 72 hours ago), the Rioja ICU has 20 patients and is at 46.51 percent (about seven points less than the Friday).
For its part, the Calahorra Hospital Foundation still does not count any patients admitted to the ward with Covid-19, after not registering any admissions or discharges in the last 24 hours.
For the rest, regarding the 14-day Accumulated Incidence, it stands at 26.26 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, while on Friday it was at 28.76, that is, it continues its downward trend, with about two points less than 72 hours ago.
